30 Days Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email.
A customer service representative will respond within 48 hours.
Please note:
– Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
– Since we offer free worldwide shipping, we do not cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
– Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the request is received in time, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before shipping, a
25% service fee will apply.
Once the order has been shipped, no changes, cancellations, or size modifications can be made.

Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange by contacting us at
