How long would it take for an order to arrive at my location?
We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders. Our parcels are shipped via trusted international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS, to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Following your order’s submission, it will be processed within
5–6 business days (Monday to Friday) after you receive the confirmation email.
Once processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking code to monitor your package.
Based on our current shipping schedule, your jacket should be delivered to your home within
9–12 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?
The Movie Outfits ships to almost every country worldwide. However, due to legal sanctions,
certain OFAC-listed countries are excluded from our delivery list. Additionally, we do not ship to Israel.
Is customs, tax, and duty included in free shipping?
All our orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means product prices
do not include any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Any fees associated with customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
We cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country.
Please consult your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?
We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. Additionally, for security reasons,
a signature is required upon delivery of all items.
How do I track the delivery of my package?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also visit the Track Your Order page at any time to monitor your shipment.
Is it possible to change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Yes—provided your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us via email with your new shipping details,
and we’ll update the address.
If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking
information to request an address change.
What should I do if my order hasn’t yet arrived?
Visit the Track Your Order page to check your shipment’s current status.

How long does it take for custom orders to be delivered?
We aim to deliver custom orders within 2–3 weeks.
However, delivery times may vary depending on order complexity.
If you have a specific deadline, please inform your design consultant in advance.
